Relais Saint Jacques Hotel Paris

Staff friendly and helpful, all spoke English. Room hot but windows open. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Room service menu good. Good value for money.

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the Latin Quarter, close to stations which can take you directly into the heart of Paris in around 20 minutes. The room had a lovely balcony where I sat in the mornings and evenings. The staff is attentive and respectful, offering handwritten welcome messages, fresh fruits, and coffee, tea. The hotel is clean and the beds were comfortable.

There was an incident regarding a missing phone charger, which caused some embarrassment.

Location next to Luxembourg and Place Monge, Luxembourg Gardens and the Sorbonne. We could also visit Left Bank as it was walking distance to the hotel.

The breakfast should have been included for the price.

So glad we choose it, it's incredible base for staying in Paris.

The location is ideal, within walking distance of main sights and public transit options. The staff is amazing and super helpful. The rooms are perfect for couples, with new bathrooms. The decor is beautiful and tasteful, with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast is excellent with a variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the Latin Quarter. The area was so cozy and charming, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We also loved how convenient it was to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough to assist us with any requests we had, and they provided fast and accurate service.

As youngsters, we loved the cute and cozy room with nice furniture and a bath. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Rebecca. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the Catacombs and even to the Louvre if you enjoy walking. The area felt safe and there were plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

We felt really happy with our stay, no complaints.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in the Luxembourg Gardens area was perfect, as it allowed me to easily explore all the attractions I wanted to visit, including the Eiffel Tower at night. The hotel was also conveniently located near the metro, making transportation a breeze. The breakfast offered a pleasant surprise with scrambled eggs and sausage, a departure from the typical French breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed in a lovely hotel located in a charming area, near Luxemburg garden. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily explore all the tourist attractions we wanted to see, including the Eiffel Tower at night. The room was clean, and we enjoyed the character of the boutique hotel. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and keen to make our stay pleasurable. We especially loved the honesty bar in the lobby, where we could meet other travelers and get tips from the concierge.

Convenient location: the hotel was centrally located, with attractions like the Pantheon and Notre Dame Cathedral within walking distance. It was also close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Nice view: We had a lovely room on the fourth floor with a beautiful view of a famous landmark. It was a great way to wake up and start the day. Friendly staff: the staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

Misunderstanding about fees: There was a misunderstanding between us and the hotel regarding additional fees, which was uncomfortable. It would have been better if there was more flexibility and understanding from their end.

We stayed at this place and had a fantastic time! The location was great, and we found ourselves in a very cozy area with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and could n't do enough to help at every request. The room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping were all top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the soundproofed rooms and the wide range of amenities available like the flat-screen TV, mini-bar, and in-room safe.

The staff at Relais Saint Jacques were welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. Our room was spacious and had a luxurious spa bath. The location was perfect for exploring Paris on foot or by metro. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel.
